  • What is the payment method?

    We accept PayPal, VISA, MASTER, American Express and Discover. Please note that PayPal account is not required when you make a credit card payment under PayPal. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide credit card personal information; you must be a valid cardholder or have been granted the permission from a cardholder prior to the transaction.

  • What is PayPal?

    PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and sellers to send and receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.   • Why is the transaction is successful, but failed to receive the order confirmation?

    Once the payment is confirmed and you have not received your email order confirmation in your inbox, it may be dropped into spam box; or possibly the transaction day has expired, you will be delayed to receive the confirmation order.

  • What can I do if I am not sure whether the payment is successful?

    Please make sure your bank card has been enabled for online payment; you can contact PayPal or the card issuing bank to see if the transaction has been debited successfully.

  • Can I change my order?

    Once the order is submitted successfully, you are not able to change the product and order quantity selected on our website. If you wish to cancel the wrong order, you may contact us. Once the wrong order has been cancelled, you can go to our website to place an order again.

  • Can I change the delivery address after receiving the order confirmation?

    Once the order has been confirmed, goods are in the process of delivery under normal condition, thus delivery address cannot be changed.

  • What can I do if I received the wrong style?

    If you have received your package and found that the product is not your order, please contact us immediately. We will replace the correct product to you as soon as possible.

  • Can I replace or return the merchandise?

    We will only refund in the event of a defective watch sold on our website within 7 days of receiving date, if th Replacement or returned product must be unused (in its original packaging with hang tag and protective stickers), and the watch itself must be in its unused status.

    To complete the return and refund process, products purchased from our website must be directly returned to our warehouse; and products cannot be refunded at the local retail stores. Upon receiving and checking the returned product, the price of the order would be refunded to your credit/debit card within 3 weeks. For refunds of all orders, 25% of product (s) amount would be charged as handling charge and the delivery fees. The customer is responsible for any delivery fees incurred for the return product(s) to Romago Swiss.

    Romago Swiss shall not be liable for any loss of goods that occurs during the return shipment.

  • How long will the goods arrive?

    Once your order is submitted successfully, our warehouse will process your order in next working day. Your product will go through the process of picking, packing and shipping. You will receive your order 7 business days after we received your order. Your packages will not be shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and local public holidays. Please note that the delivery time (7 working days) is the estimated time; it may be extended due to uncontrollable external factors from Romago Swiss and courier companies. These factors may include, but are not limited, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. In addition, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotion period.

  • How do I calculate shipping costs?

    Romago Swiss will provide free standard delivery service to our customers who purchase watches. Orders with accessories (excluding watches) may be subject to additional shipping costs, which depending on the shipping country and the order quantity. You can select courier delivery at an additional cost. Although standard shipping services is free of charge, you are still responsible for those charges which collect at your country, but not limited to, such as VAT, import duties, other taxes and etc.
    Romago Swiss will not charge any VAT, import duties and / or other taxes on orders outside the EU. This is a tax charged by your local government. As the amount of tax levied by each country is different, we cannot specify the relevant fees, so the customer is responsible for the payment of the fee. For more details, please contact your local customs for enquires.

  • How to buy?

    Please select your favorite watch from the catalog and select Add to Cart> after you have finished selecting all items, you can choose Checkout> Fill in the relevant shipping information> then Payment can be made.

  • What is the promotion code?

    The promotional code will be distributed through a variety of events or promotions. Please keep track of our fan page and follow our latest promotion activities. If promotion code is required, please enter the code on the checkout page, and make sure no extra spaces are entered before and after the code. Please note that you can only use one promotional code per order. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.
